These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the 7777u platform ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://7777u.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

5.1 Registration. To open an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You will be required to create a secure password and confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

5.2 KYC Documentation. The Platform requires identity and address verification before processing withdrawals or at such time as the Platform determines necessary for compliance purposes. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).

5.3 Verification Processing. The Platform will endeavour to process KYC submissions promptly. Processing times are not guaranteed. During a pending KYC review, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. The Platform is not liable for any financial consequences arising from verification delays where the delay results from incomplete or inaccurate documentation submitted by the User.

5.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

6.1 Available Methods. The Platform accepts deposits via a range of payment methods, which may include bank transfers and familiar local options. The availability of specific methods — including those involving Pakistani financial services such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or mobile wallets commonly used in Pakistan — is subject to the Platform's current operational arrangements and the policies of the relevant payment providers. Mention of any payment brand on this Platform is for reference purposes only and does not constitute endorsement of gambling by that provider.

6.2 Currency. Deposits may be processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies depending on available payment methods. Applicable exchange rates, where relevant, will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

6.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. The Platform reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

6.4 Third-Party Funding. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits from third parties. Where a third-party funded deposit is identified, the deposit and any associated winnings may be voided and the funds returned.

6.5 Deposit Verification. The Platform may request verification of any deposit before crediting it to your Account balance, particularly for large-value transactions or where unusual activity is detected.

7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, in good standing, and free of any active security review. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the affected balance can be withdrawn.

7.2 Name Matching. The payment method to which a withdrawal is directed must be registered in the same name as the 7777u Account holder. Withdrawals to mismatched accounts will not be processed and may trigger a security review.

7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and internal review requirements. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Users are advised not to rely on funds being available within a fixed period.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change by the Platform at its discretion.

7.5 Withdrawal Fees. The Platform will publish any applicable withdrawal fees in the Cashier section. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees independently of the Platform.

7.6 Right to Request Supporting Documentation. The Platform may request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering or fraud prevention obligations before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

8.1 General. From time to time the Platform may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, loyalty incentives and other promotional offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published in the relevant promotion description. In case of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 30x) and any game contribution weightings will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

8.3 Eligibility. Promotions may be restricted by account status, geographic location, payment method or other criteria. The Platform reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to decline bonus awards to accounts that do not meet the stated criteria.

8.4 Bonus Expiry. Unused bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire on the date and time stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.

8.5 Abuse Prevention. The Platform operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses; colluding with other players; placing hedging bets; or exploiting an error in a promotion's published terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Platform may void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings and close the Account.

8.6 Illustrative Examples. Any bonus amounts cited in illustrative contexts on this Platform (for example, "example welcome bonus up to PKR 10,000") are for informational reference only. Actual bonus amounts, conditions and eligibility are defined solely by the terms of the live promotion available at the time of your registration or opt-in.

9.1 General Conduct. All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the Platform's Help Center. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable rules before placing a wager.

9.2 Finality of Settled Bets. Once a bet has been settled by the Platform, that settlement is final subject only to errors materially affecting the outcome. The Platform will not reverse settled bets based solely on a user's disagreement with the result.

9.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. Where a bet is accepted at odds that represent a manifest error — including pricing errors, data feed errors or system faults — the Platform reserves the right to void the bet and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. The Platform will notify affected Users where practicable.

9.4 Cricket & Live Markets. For live cricket markets covering PSL, ICC T20, ODI and Test formats, in-play odds are subject to change in real time. Stakes are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted by the system, not at the time you initiated the request. Latency or connectivity issues on the User's side do not obligate the Platform to honour delayed odds submissions.

9.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. The Platform may impose individual account-level stake limits at its discretion and without prior notice.

9.6 RTP Figures. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed in association with casino and slot titles are theoretical figures illustrating the statistical expected return over an extended number of game rounds. They do not represent guaranteed or minimum returns on any individual session or bet. RTP values labelled as "illustrative examples" on this Platform are generic references only.

10.1 Tools Available. These tools are provided as standard and are not subject to any waiting period before taking effect.

10.3 Minors. The Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 18, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction. If you are aware that a minor may have accessed the Platform using your Account or payment method, you must notify support immediately.

10.4 User Responsibility. While the Platform provides tools to support responsible gambling, primary responsibility for managing play habits rests with the User. If gambling is causing financial, emotional or social harm, users are encouraged to use the Platform's self-exclusion tools and to consult with recognised responsible gambling support organisations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's Account or payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots or AI-driven tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to achieve guaranteed outcomes across markets.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while attempting to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users.

12.1 Platform-Initiated Closure. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe a material breach of these Terms has occurred, or where closure is required by law, regulation or a directive from a competent authority.

12.2 User-Initiated Closure. A User may close their Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via a previously used and verified payment method, provided that all KYC and withdrawal conditions are met.

12.3 Balance upon Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold for the duration of the review. The Platform will not be liable for funds held during a good-faith investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, any bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that are not linked to any breach may be returned at the Platform's discretion.

12.4 Survival of Obligations. Closure of an Account does not extinguish obligations that arose during the Account's active period, including obligations related to outstanding disputes, chargebacks or fraud investigations.

All content on the Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, data compilations and trademarks is the property of the Platform or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for their own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses of winnings, data or goodwill.

14.2 The Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party connectivity failures or force majeure events may affect availability. The Platform will take reasonable steps to notify users of planned downtime where practicable.

14.3 The Platform is not liable for losses arising from a User's failure to understand applicable local laws regarding online gambling, or from access to the Platform in a jurisdiction where such access is legally restricted.

14.4 Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy, accessible at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge having reviewed the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for account operation, identity verification, transaction processing and regulatory compliance.
• The Platform does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Users have rights regarding access to, correction of and deletion of their personal data, subject to regulatory retention requirements.
• Communications regarding your Account, including promotional messages you have opted into, will be sent to your registered email address.

Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 broadly restricts gambling activities. The legal status of online and remote gambling under Pakistani law is subject to interpretation and may depend on the specific activity, the platform's jurisdiction of operation, and how applicable law is applied and enforced at a given time.

7777u is not licensed, regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, any provincial government, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani financial institution. The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect.

18.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated and/or licensed, as published in the Platform's official account interface. This is not the laws of Pakistan.

18.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to the Platform's internal complaints procedure by contacting support via Live Chat or email. The Platform will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

18.3 Escalation. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal procedures, Users may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified in the Platform's licensing terms, where applicable. The Platform will provide details of the applicable body in the account portal.

18.4 Jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
